For domestic orders in the U.S., our return policy allows you to send back items within 7 days of the date you receive your items for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fee. Contact customer service within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
If an item is being returned as defective or because we have made an error in your order, you will not be charged for any shipping fees.
We are not responsible for costs associated with errors due to an inaccurate shipping address provided in the order.
